TRX® Trainer - Level 1 TRX Trainer – Level 1 have completed a one-day, hands-on TRX Suspension Training Course. The course equips the Level 1 Trainer with the basic knowledge and skills to effectively use the TRX® Suspension Trainer™ and modify exercise intensity for people at all levels of fitness.
TRX® Trainer - Level 2A TRX Trainer - Level 2 has completed a required prerequisite of a Level 1 course. These courses equip trainers with the practical skills and techniques for a specialized area.
TRX® Trainer - Level 3A TRX Trainer - Level 3 has completed an intensive training program complete with teaching techniques, practice and evaluation. These programs consists of at least 24 hours of hands-on training, over 30 hours of practice on the TRX and a practical test. Level 3 trainers have proven they have learned the skills needed to effectively lead a specified program or training in their facility or out in the field.
TRX® SpecialistA TRX Specialist demonstrates a high level of TRX technical competency and knowledge. These specialists are chosen by TRX for their influential contributions to TRX Suspension Training research, development and programming.
TRX® InstructorA TRX Instructor has completed a rigorous 6-month instructor development process including up to 5 live evaluations with passing scores and over 100 hours of practice. Please contact our Education department to learn more about the TRX instructor development process.
TRX® Master InstructorA TRX Master Instructor is the highest level of course instructor. Appointed by the Faculty, these TRX Master Instructors exemplify exceptional TRX knowledge and course delivery every time. A TRX Master Instructor teaches courses as well as assists in the evaluation and development of new course instructors.
TRX® FacultyA TRX Faculty member is a creator or contributor to TRX’s Education and Training curriculum and process. A Faculty member has a very extensive, specialized training and background using the TRX.
TRX® FacilityA TRX® Facility is an approved club or fitness center that has integrated a TRX® solution into their program offerings.
TRX® Team FacilityA TRX® Team Facility is an approved club or fitness center that has integrated a customized TRX® TEAM group training solution into their program offerings.

“On a recent visit to San Francisco I decided to train with Ben Gamon. Coming from a background in yoga and pilates I wanted a different approach to fitness.
